Refund and Returns Policy
We make high quality 100% hand braided wigs here at Deeja wigs and we guarantee customers satisfaction for our wide range of custom-made products. We’re fully convinced you’ll get exactly what you ordered.
We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously; due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns in the following situations:
- Where an item that wasn’t your ordered unit was shipped to you in error.
- There is an error of mis-customization; (cap type, lace color, length and root or hair color).
Please note that returns are subject to inspection to ensure that the unit is still untampered and returned in the original packaging.
All returns/exchange must be reported within 24 hours of delivery through our contact us form. Return must be made within 48hrs. This shall be confirmed with a proof of return submitted within those 48 hours.
All returns and refund are subject to approval from Deejawigs Customer Service Department. A 25% relisting fee may be deducted from your order depending on quantity and style of items being returned.
In the case where an order is rejected, please note that a non-refundable shipping charge of $30 dollars, 5% transaction fee and 2% relisting fee would be deducted from amount paid.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return.
In a case where our courier partner attempts delivery and item is returned to Deejawigs, customer would be responsible for cost of returns to Deejawigs.
In a case where a customer wishes to have us reship a ‘return-on-failed-delivery’ unit, the customer shall make payment for the shipping before such request is processed. Items that are not requested to be reshipped within a period of thirty (30) days would be forfeited.
